A few weeks ago, I was messing around in Photoshop - it happens often - and decided to whip up a t-shirt in honor of trainer Mike.
I had a really funny idea.
I figured that it's never a bad idea to let your trainer feel good about himself (plus, this statement is 100% accurate). It might help him be just a little nicer to us for at least one session.
(It didn't even take any coercion to get my team to all buy one too).
After all, it would have been super weird for me to show up wearing one by myself.
And, it totally worked. Mike loved the shirts and was a little nicer for that day's workout.
Definitely a win/win.
I love my team.
