Too Much Cuteness

I went to a friend's house last night to help her set up for a Halloween party.

As soon as I walked in the door, her little one-year-old raised his arms up to me to pick him up. I have been around him a few times before, but he doesn't really know me.

I took his one-year pictures a few week ago.

Can you get any cuter?

And, of course, I had to pick him up.

He is so adorable. He cried each time I tried to put him down. I held him the whole time I was there. So, I wasn't much help with the party set-up, but I sure loved hanging out with this little man the whole night.

He even cried when I left which was really sad but also really sweet.

I mean, clearly, he's a great judge of character! :)

Please excuse my hideousness. This was post-workout.

And, check out this other adorable little guy.

Serious cuteness overload.

Look What I Found

I totally forgot about these photos I took in 2011 when I took a photography class.

I need to make more time to play with my camera.

Photo Shoot

I got to take pictures of this cute little family tonight.

Blair was one of the first guys I met when I moved to Provo 8 years ago.

Man, time flies!

They are all super sweet and it was such a fun shoot.

Wicked Fun in Vegas

I got to go to Vegas this weekend and hang out with some of my very favorite people.

I was roommates with the best girls my freshman year of college: Mindy, Chantal, my cousin Anganel and my sister Beth.

We haven't seen each other in about 15 years so it was so good to get together.

I've missed these girls. Here are some pix from my phone. I'm too tired to load them off my camera, so they'll come later.

Maybe.

We started our adventures with pedicures. Always super fun.

Then, we headed to the strip. Always so much excitement...and so, so many weird people.

It makes me really grateful for my life.

And that it's boring. And predictable.

And, we rode the roller coaster at New York, New York.

This is the 2nd time I have ridden this ride in my life, and it has rained both times.

In Vegas. In the middle of a desert.

There weren't even any rain clouds yesterday and it literally only rained for about 20 seconds. Just enough to get us wet, which mixed really well with all the secondhand smoke and general disgustingness (hmmm, that's actually a word) of the strip.

We rushed home, cleaned up and went to WICKED!

HOORAY!

I have wanted to see Wicked for so long and I was not disappointed. It was so, so good.

And funny.

Something I did not expect, but appreciated.

Earlier in the day, after we rode the roller coaster and were rushing back to the car so we could eat dinner before Wicked, Beth noticed a heavenly oasis right across the street from where we were.

Guys, there's a Pinkberry on the strip.

PINKBERRY!!!

I know I obsess about a lot of things in life, but Pinkberry is definitely in my top 5 favorite things of all time

Possibly my top 3.

But, sadly, we were running super late and there is no jay-walking on the strip so, we continued running back to the car.

I was really sad.

However, these girls are all rock stars and insisted we make the treacherous journey back down the strip at 11:30 pm just to go to Pinkberry.

The best part was that there is a CVS Pharmacy next door to Pinkberry and we parked in their lot (we had to buy something at CVS but it was totally worth it), so we were able to park close for free.

A Pinkberry miracle.

I promised them it would be life-changing and they all loved it.

Yum! Just thinking about it makes me smile. Everyone needs a hobby and Pinkberry is mine.

I actually bought another one on our way out and froze it over-night. It thawed just enough by the time we hit St. George this morning on our way home that I had the perfect mid-morning snack.

Mmmmm. Frozen heaven.

Is it sad that Pinkberry was a definite high-light of my whole weekend?

Post, Post Wedding Photo Shoot

Jordan and David have been married for 1 year and 1o months.

It's fine to do another wedding photo shoot, right?

They didn't get all the photos they wanted. Plus, they got married in December and the photo shoots we did have were super cold and painful and, while Jordan's dress and David's suit still fit, why not?

So, we went out a couple of nights ago and got some great shots.

It's so not hard to take pictures of beautiful people.

I'll post more as I get them edited.
